Short Runs? No Problem
We set our business apart from the crowd by having no minimum order quantity. In fact, we produce plenty of one-offs as samples for product development or to help our customers to win business. The unit price increases as runs get shorter (due to certain unavoidable setup costs), but we do our best to keep these to a minimum. Although we use automation in certain key areas, our process is predominantly manual. That means that our pricing is competitive on orders up to a few thousand units, depending on the complexity of the product.
UK Production
Our products are made from scratch, just outside London at our facility in Camberley. This means that you can pop in at any time to sign off on mock ups, see your order in production, or make selections from our vast materials library. Ensuring that our production is completed in the UK eliminates the lengthy shipping lead times that are associated with overseas production.
We are an Environmentally Conscious Company
The environment matters a great deal to us and so we make every effort to be as green as possible. For example, we are FSC certified, our electricity comes from renewable sources and we advise our customers on eco-friendly alternatives to traditional materials. We are proud to have recently pioneered a fully recycled and compostable alternative to foam fitments, allowing us to lower our environmental impact.
