Refund policy
We will reprint or refund the cost of your order if the quality is not as expected subject to sign off of a free printed proof in order to make sure you are completely happy with the print quality before we go ahead with the full run.
If you are not satisfied with any product, please call us within 10 working days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations. The complete order must be returned to us before a reprint or refund can be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Showcase Creative is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we cannot be responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.
