How do I request a quote?

To request a quote, simply contact our sales team via email or phone and a member of staff will discuss your project requirements with you. Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your project, we will provide you with a detailed quote.

I don’t have a detailed brief - can you help?

Absolutely! Our friendly team can guide you through the entire process from start to finish. We will begin by asking a few questions, such as what will be going into the box and if you have a budget in mind. Based on this information, we will offer advice on the best construction and suggest suitable materials or special finishes.

Do you provide samples? 

Yes, if you’re interested in seeing any particular materials or special finishes before placing your order, we can send you a sample. Just let your account manager know what you would like to see and we will arrange it for you.

Can you produce mock-ups?

Yes, we are happy to produce a mock-up of your order and will advise if there are any additional costs. If you are working to a tight deadline and don’t have time to see a physical mock-up, we can send photos and videos of our production mock-up to ensure you are happy before proceeding with the rest of the order. If we notice anything that needs tweaking, we will give you a call and chat through your options. 

Do you offer graphic design services? 

Yes we can offer in-house graphic design services to assist you with your project. However, if you require a more specialised and dedicated approach, we can recommend a number of world-class packaging designers who can cater to your specific needs.

What is the typical lead time?

The lead time depends on the complexity of the project and order volume. Each order has a personal dispatch time, and we will discuss this with you before finalising your booking.

Can you accommodate rush orders or tight deadlines?

Absolutely! We understand that certain situations may require urgent packaging needs. It's important to inform your account manager of your time constraints before they provide you with a quote, and we'll do our best to expedite the process.

Are your packaging materials eco-friendly and sustainable?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our packaging materials are sourced from environmentally responsible suppliers, and we offer eco-friendly options like recyclable and biodegradable materials. We are partnered with the World Land Trust, who Carbon Balance (offset) our carbon footprint, we’re FSC certified and our electricity comes from renewable sources.

Where will my packaging be produced?

All of our packaging is made from scratch, just outside London at our facility in Camberley. Our experienced team work together closely and monitor your project from start to finish, ensuring that your packaging vision is brought to life seamlessly. This streamlined process eliminates communication gaps, reduces lead times, and allows for greater flexibility in adapting to any changes.

Can I come and visit?

Definitely! We welcome all of our customers to stop by and sign off mock ups, see orders in production, or make selections from our vast materials library. We believe that a personal visit can provide you with valuable insights into our capabilities, award-winning standards, and the dedication of our team.
