Case Study: Premium Presentation Packaging for Patience Distillery
Patience Distillery approached us to create a striking, luxury presentation box that would house a miniature set of their Patience Gin collection. Designed to represent all four seasons in the range, this five-part case and base box brings together bold structure, thoughtful design, and beautiful artwork to deliver a rich unboxing experience.
A Distinctive Design, Inside and Out
The standout feature of this packaging lies in its fully printed interior. Lifting the magnetic lid reveals vibrant, botanical-themed artwork by Conrad Clarke—an award-winning emerging artist based in Cheltenham. Known for his contemporary landscape paintings, Clarke’s artwork captures the shifting moods and colours of the seasons, perfectly complementing the distillery’s botanical gins.
The exterior is wrapped in a deep navy silk paper, giving the box a premium, minimal look that sets up the visual impact of the interior reveal. A subtle gold foil logo on the front adds the final touch.
Materials
Constructed from 2mm white lined board and greyboard, the box uses our 5 Part Case & Base structure with a drop-back base for easy access to the contents. A bespoke score-cut fitment and topper keep the four glass bottles securely in place.
Every surface—inside and out—is wrapped in 150gsm silk paper, printed in full colour and finished with an anti-scuff matt laminate for durability.

Mock-Ups for Peace of Mind
As with many premium packaging projects, visuals played a crucial role in the development process. The mock-ups we created were essential for getting production approval and helped the client visualise exactly how the final piece would come together.
